• Eliminate the need to fill out traditional web forms
• Control what information is shared and with whom
• Securely transmit information through our MCP (Model Context Protocol) server

The service consists of:

• For Consumers: A ChatGPT-integrated tool to share your details instantly
• For Businesses: A lead capture system that receives customer details directly from ChatGPT

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

When you create a MyDeetz account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

• You will not use MyDeetz for spam or unsolicited marketing

Payment Terms for Business Accounts

Business subscription fees will be clearly communicated:

• Payments are due according to your chosen billing cycle
• Late payments may result in service suspension

8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Productbox Labs Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of MyDeetz
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Internet or telecommunications failures
• Third-party service outages (including ChatGPT/OpenAI services)

15. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue MyDeetz at any time
• Update these Terms as needed
• Change pricing for business accounts with reasonable notice

We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on our website
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of MyDeetz after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

17. Entire Agreement
